I am completing an assessment
Use the access link in your assessment invitation. The briefing explains the timer, workspace tools, AI support, and submission rules before the session begins.
If your link is expired, revoked, or already submitted, contact the organization that sent the assessment. For a technical issue, contact 2Prune support and include the assessment title and the time the issue occurred.
I manage assessments
Sign in to review assessment templates, participant records, submissions, messages, and published reports.
For access, scoring, report, or mailbox questions, contact 2Prune support with the affected assessment record and a description of what you expected to happen.
What to include in a support request
Include the page you were using, the approximate time, what happened, and what you expected. Do not send confidential assessment materials, passwords, or authentication codes by email.
